When you open control module 2 for cooling fan, faulty It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), electrical malfunction or change pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
02315 Possible Causes:
02315 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 02315 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug / heater relay, circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
