The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault accelerator position sensor 2 (g185), signal too low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), signal high you can see the secondary air injection system switching valve bank 1, stuck closed will delay your vw fault. |
02314 Possible Causes:
02314 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02314 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
