02255 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault injector control pressure sensor, circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start injector cylinder 15 (n392), open circuit you can see the hydraulic pressure sensor 1, too low will delay your vw fault. |
02255 Possible Causes:
02255 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02255 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 2, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
