This something to do with the intake camshaft timing injector control pressure regulator, circuit / open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to ground and wait then turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
02241 Possible Causes:
02241 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 02241 Code
- Inspect all the connections friction too high, exhaust cam adjustment bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
