02235 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault o2 sensor signals swapped, bank 1 sensor 3 - /bank 2 sensor 3 mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, short to ground and wait then oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, lower limit exceeded is the final reason of the code. |
02235 Possible Causes:
02235 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 02235 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3/4 lambda probes after kat exchanges
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
