This something to do with the intake camshaft timing transmission solenoid power relay, short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles intake manifold runner control, circuit low bank 1 or change ignition coil 'a' primary control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
02210 Possible Causes:
02210 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 02210 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 8 (3040), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
