Diagnosing engine bar with accelerator position sensor 2 (g185), signal too high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, open or change pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
02209 Possible Causes:
02209 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02209 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 4 (n369), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
