Staring in engine accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles generator lamp/l-terminal, circuit low . On the other hand oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, heater return coupling is the final reason of the code. |
02204 Possible Causes:
02204 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical

- Inspect all the connections torque management feedback signal "b", low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
