Diagnosing engine bar with o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 1, biased / stuck rich to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so please check dtc memory of airbag ecu also secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck closed will delay your vw fault. |
02194 Possible Causes:
02194 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 02194 Code
- Inspect all the connections power supply voltage, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
