The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault a camshaft position actuator control bank 2, circuit high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so accelerator position sensor 1/2 (g79) / (g185), implausible signal also automatic glow time control relay 2, electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
02191 Possible Causes:
02191 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 02191 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed sensor 'a' / 'b', correlation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
