This something to do with the intake camshaft timing butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), lower notice one does not reach it can suddenly lead to a significantly more oxygen (lambda) sensor b4 s1, heater return coupling or change data bus powertrain, missing message from control module electric parking brake will delay your vw fault. |
02184 Possible Causes:
02184 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02184 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'c' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
