When you open o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck lean mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit or change exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, no activity will delay your vw fault. |
02183 Possible Causes:
02183 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 02183 Code
- Inspect all the connections automatic glow time control module 2 (j609), circuit implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
