Diagnosing engine bar with coolant degassing valve, control circuit high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck closed you can see the starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) is the final reason of the code. |
02180 Possible Causes:
02180 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 02180 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
