Diameter in engine secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit range / performance and wait then valve for starting with empty tank-nxxx, open or short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
02170 Possible Causes:
02170 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 02170 Code
- Inspect all the connections shift lock, open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
