On the other hand park/neutral switch input circuit is the final reason of the code. |
02164 Possible Causes:
02164 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low

- Inspect all the connections ignition switch accessory position, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
