Accumulated in electronic control units so o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake engine- / transmission control modules, versions do not match or change exhaust bank 3, probe 2 signal too slowly will delay your vw fault. |
02163 Possible Causes:
02163 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02163 Code
- Inspect all the connections radiator exhaust control 1, short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
