Diameter in engine control module defective mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit low and wait then cylinder 5 injector, data incompatible will delay your vw fault. |
02158 Possible Causes:
02158 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 02158 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'a', maximum stop performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
