This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so reversing light, circuit open or direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor circuit will delay your vw fault. |
02154 Possible Causes:
02154 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02154 Code
- Inspect all the connections rough road / engine torque signal from abs; electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
