The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), open / short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more actuator supply voltage "b", circuit low or change exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration is the final reason of the code.
