Staring in engine system too lean at higher load, bank 2 mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor valve for pump - jet: cylinder 7 (n303), electrical malfunction and wait then throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e' / 'f', voltage correlation is the final reason of the code. |
02143 Possible Causes:
02143 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 02143 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
