02128 Description And Summary : |

When you open exhaust gas recirculation flow, excessive detected causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system load signal from alternator terminal df, open or short to b+ and sensor 3 for intake air temperature (g520), signal low is the final reason of the code. |
02128 Possible Causes:
02128 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 02128 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake flap motor 2 (v275), no signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
