This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit achievement too small It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit / open and coolant fan control 2: open or short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
02117 Possible Causes:
02117 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 02117 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil cylinder 13, low circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
