When you open nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit / open it can suddenly lead to a significantly more intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit high bank 1 . So for next secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
02097 Possible Causes:
02097 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 02097 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
