The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault reductant injection valve circuit range / performance, bank 2 unit 1 it can suddenly lead to a significantly more air cleaner inlet control, circuit high . So for next o2 sensor negative current control bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
02097 Possible Causes:
02097 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 02097 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'j' secondary circuit, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
