02091 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so bank 2, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g301), short-circuit to mass retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil 'b' primary control, circuit low or potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too low is the final reason of the code. |
02091 Possible Causes:
02091 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02091 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for large amount of heat (j360), disconnected or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
