Staring in engine pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), short to ground . On the other hand linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
02087 Possible Causes:
02087 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 02087 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module defective
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
