This something to do with the intake camshaft timing linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system angle sensors 2 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g298), signal too small you can see the data bus engine/engine, missing message from ecu 1 will delay your vw fault. |
02087 Possible Causes:
02087 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02087 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
