Staring in engine oxygen (lambda) sensor b3 s1, heater return coupling the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high also cylinder 5 above knock threshold will delay your vw fault. |
02079 Possible Causes:
02079 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 02079 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger speed sensor, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
