Diagnosing engine bar with o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor data-bus powertrain, missing message from engine controller (ecu) also exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 1, circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |
02066 Possible Causes:
02066 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02066 Code
- Inspect all the connections barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
