The problem is about throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit intermittent the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit range / performance . So for next o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich will delay your vw fault. |
02046 Possible Causes:
02046 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections accelerator position sensor (g79), signal too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
