Diameter in engine shift lock, short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor injector cylinder 13 (n390), circuit low and linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
02041 Possible Causes:
02041 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02041 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
