The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault cylinder 6 above knock threshold it can suddenly lead to a significantly more o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high and load signal from alternator terminal df, open or short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
02039 Possible Causes:
02039 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 02039 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 4, o2 correction behind catalyst, b1, limit attained
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
