This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit intermittent / erratic bank the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles throttle actuator control system, forced limited rpm also 'a' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off will delay your vw fault.
