The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault angle sensors 1 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g297), signal too small It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 1/2 lambda probes after kat exchanges you can see the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic is the final reason of the code. |
02033 Possible Causes:
02033 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02033 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug / heater relay, circuit open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
