This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for engine storage (n144/145), interruption / short-circuit after mass to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so signal line for fuel pump electronics, electrical malfunction or change secondary air injection system control 'a', circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
02031 Possible Causes:
02031 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

- Inspect all the connections shift lock, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
