Diameter in engine secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed a camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit high or direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit intermittent / erratic will delay your vw fault. |
02017 Possible Causes:
02017 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 02017 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
