The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault pressure control solenoid 5 (n233), electrical malfunction to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high . On the other hand coolant pump control, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
02016 Possible Causes:
02016 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02016 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake air heater "a", circuit open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
