02003 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit intermittent the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles data bus powertrain, implausible message of the awd control module also fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
02003 Possible Causes:
02003 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02003 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
