When you open o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so data bus powertrain, implausible message of the a/c control module you can see the exhaust gas temperature bank 2, too high will delay your vw fault. |
01987 Possible Causes:
01987 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01987 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of steering electronics (j527)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
