Staring in engine intake flap motor 2 (v275), short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor throttle actuator control system, ice blockage and wait then control module defective is the final reason of the code. |
01984 Possible Causes:
01984 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 01984 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 1/2 lambda probes before kat exchanges
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
