01983 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault throttle/pedal position sensor 'f', minimum stop performance it can suddenly lead to a significantly more ignition coil 'g' secondary circuit, malfunction and oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, open circuit will delay your vw fault.

01983 Possible Causes:

  • Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
  • Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
  • Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
  • Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low

  • Inspect all the connections nox trap, efficiency below threshold (bank 1)
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
