Diameter in engine reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open and wait then exhaust bank 3 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached is the final reason of the code. |
01973 Possible Causes:
01973 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 01973 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e' / 'f', voltage correlation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
