This code were stamped on VW Engine case throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit or change exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, signal too slowly is the final reason of the code. |
01971 Possible Causes:
01971 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01971 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
