Staring in engine o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 2 sensor 1 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start activation 2-unit injector valve, short to b+ . On the other hand exhaust pressure sensor 2, high is the final reason of the code. |
01966 Possible Causes:
01966 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 01966 Code
- Inspect all the connections data-bus powertrain missing message from distance control
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
