Diagnosing engine bar with oxygen (lambda) sensor b4 s1, heater return coupling It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit you can see the idle speed control throttle position 2, electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
01956 Possible Causes:
01956 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 01956 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
