Diameter in engine intake manifold runner bank 1, high temperature causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle actuator control system, sudden low air flow detected or transmission request torque reduction, implausible will delay your vw fault. |
01948 Possible Causes:
01948 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 01948 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle angle signal stuck off
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
