The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start data-bus powertrain missing message from distance control and wait then throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault. |
01944 Possible Causes:
01944 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input

What To Check After Fixing 01944 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition switch accessory position, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
