01943 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit / open to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so fuel rail sensor (g401), short to b+ and linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
01943 Possible Causes:
01943 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 01943 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, implausible message from combi instrument
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
