Staring in engine o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1 causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system engine coolant temperature signal, short to ground you can see the o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck lean will delay your vw fault. |
01922 Possible Causes:
01922 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Reverse Input Circuit
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01922 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
