01908 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start hydraulic pressure sensor 1, too low and potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too high is the final reason of the code. |
01908 Possible Causes:
01908 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 01908 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pump control, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
