This code were stamped on VW Engine case power supply voltage, open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ignition coil 'f' primary control, circuit low and intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 1 is the final reason of the code. |
01908 Possible Causes:
01908 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 01908 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3, compensation wire pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
