The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start generator lamp/l-terminal, circuit low you can see the hydraulic pressure sensor 2 adaptation at limit is the final reason of the code. |
01881 Possible Causes:
01881 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 01881 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
