This code were stamped on VW Engine case hydraulic pressure sensor 2, range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil 'b' secondary circuit, malfunction and wait then throttle/pedal position sensor 'c', maximum stop performance is the final reason of the code. |
01869 Possible Causes:
01869 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 01869 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of central electric control ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
